The Big York Survey provided residents with an opportunity to give their feedback and views on how improvements could be made to services delivered across York.
The first Big York Survey took place in June 2012 and was repeated in June 2013.
The results and feedback CYC collected were used to:
- discover what local residents think are the most important issues facing them and the city
- measure performance against the Council Plan priorities
- provide data and intelligence to use in service planning and improvement
- identify areas for further investigation through consultation and research
