Forecast Budget Outturn (£000s Overspent / -Underspent) (excluding contingency) - CYC

This measure gives an understanding of the planning process of the council's expenditure. It gives the difference between the budgeted amount and the predicted amount to be spent or received in every quarter. A negative number shows the amount of budget which has not been spent in the relevant quarter.
